Our well-established accounting firm in Strathalbyn is seeking a receptionist to be the welcoming
face of our practice.
About the Role
As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your day will involve
a mix of customer service, administrative support, and coordination tasks that keep our office
running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and managing incoming enquiries (phone, email, in person)
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for our accounting team
- Handling mail and office supplies
- Assisting with document preparation and data entry
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
- Providing general administrative support as required
About you
- Professional and client-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Previous reception or administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
